Q. Is there a flyer of this event that I can download?
A. No.

Q. Do you have to belong to a local HOG chapter to attend?
A. No, but you must be a national member.

Q. Are guests who are not HOG members allowed to attend.
A. Yes, one guest per participant, but they must register with the attending participant.
     (*note: this is usually for spouses, etc)

Q. Can you register the weekend of the event?
A. No, you must be registered by April 10th or earlier, depending on the
n   number of registrations.   Space is limited.  REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

Q. Is there a one day pass available for the event?
A. No.

Q. If we register and are unable to attend, can we get a refund.
A. No.

Q. Will alcohol be available to purchase at the dinners?
A. Yes, because the banquet hall WILL NOT allow you to bring your own.

Q. Will you be accepting proposals for the 2020 event?
A. No.  At this time it is thought that we will be bringing North Meets South back
to to the Rogue Valley for 2020.
