Q. Is there a flyer of this event that I can download?

Q. Do you have to belong to a local HOG chapter to attend?
A. No, but you must be a national member.

Q. Are guests who are not HOG members allowed to attend.
A. Yes, one guest per participant, but they must register with the attending participant.
     (*note: this is usually for spouses, etc)

Q. Can you register the weekend of the event?
A. No, you must be registered by April 17th.

Q. Is there a one day pass available for the event?
A. No.

Q. If we register and are unable to attend, can we get a refund.
A. Yes, but only before April 17, 2018.

Q. Will alcohol be available to purchase at the dinners?
A. No, but you are free to bring your own.

Q. Will you be accepting proposals for the 2019 event?
A. Yes. We will be accepting proposals for chapters interested in hosting the 2019 North Meets South event during the event through May 6th. Proposals will be delivered to Southern Oregon No.1 HOG Chapter of Medford Oregon and pondered upon.
